Meditation 101

This 2 hour workshop is designed to demystify meditation. Steve will be presenting information about the neuroscience behind meditation and how this practice affects the brain and cognitive processes. Drawing on research from neuroscience, psychology, and contemplative traditions, attendees will gain a deep understanding of the neural mechanisms underlying meditation and its impact on mental well-being.
